After intensive preparations, a new ERP system was introduced throughout the NetQM Group at the beginning of 2019.

Business processes and operational procedures are to be further improved and more optimally controlled as a result.

• Standard processes from ordering to production in the third country
• EDI interface to our main customers
• Cost transparency and faster order processing across multiple plants
• Matrix structure – simplification of company organisation
