As an international group of companies, we bear a great responsibility towards our stakeholders. We have a particular responsibility to our employees to protect them, because they are our most important resource. We have already taken measures in February to protect our employees from infections at the workplace. The NetQM pandemic plan, which is based on the pandemic levels of the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention), specifies clear measures for the corresponding levels.

Since February, there have been disinfection stations at the entrances which must be used and which are gladly accepted by our staff.

Since mid-March, there has also been a company-wide obligation to wear nose-and-mouth protection and gloves, and the minimum distances of at least one metre are observed as far as possible.

These measures have so far prevented an infection with Covid-19. Nevertheless, we are still in close contact with the authorities and evaluate the situation daily.

In such an exceptional situation, our demand for maximum flexibility helps us a lot.
